• Payment is required before or upon service completion.
• We accept credit/debit cards and online transfers.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 24 hours before the service will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations within less than 24 hours may be charged up to 50% of the booking fee.

4. Liability & Damage

• Our cleaners are insured, but we are not liable for pre-existing damage.
• Clients must report any damage within 24 hours of service completion.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Ensure access to the property at the scheduled time.
• Provide a safe environment for cleaners.

6. Service Limitations

• We do not handle hazardous materials or extreme cleaning situations.
• Certain services may be subject to additional charges.
